Artist only accepts payment through PayPal or GCash

Client may choose to pay in full or a 50% down payment upfront with the remaining 50% paid before the delivery of the final commission

Once payment has been made, there will be no refunds

A commission will take 1-2 weeks to complete depending on the queue

After the client completes and submits the form, the artist will contact the client via email

Once the price is finalized, the artist will send a invoice to the client via PayPal or through email .

Client may choose to pay in full or a 50% down payment upfront with the remaining 50% paid before the delivery of the final commission

The artist will e-mail a sketch for approval.

Throughout the process, the artist and client will communicate for comments and revisions, if necessary

A maximum of 3 revisions may be made during the sketching phase

Major changes exceeding 3 revisions or major changes during the coloring phase may incur additional charges

The artist retains copyright and reproduction rights to all commissioned outputs.

The artist has the right to include any commissioned artwork in my portfolios, social media posts, and commission sample sheets.

The client may print the commission for personal use or post the commission online but may not claim the art to be their own.

The client must properly credit the artist by tagging the artist (@selineabanto) and/or linking the artist's site (selineabanto.com).

The client may NOT reproduce the artwork for profit without explicit permission from the artist

Reproduction of the commissioned artwork without permission from the artist will be in violation of the Republic Act No. 8293 or the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines.
